Want to buy a new acoustic guitar, but feeling stuck and indecisive?  Read some of these reviews for recommended instruments, whether you're a totally new player or seasoned guitarist looking for an additional toy.

There are many things to keep in mind when shopping for an acoustic guitar.  These include price, skill of the guitarist (or guitarist-to-be) and the type of music you're considering playing.  Many people also place a high value on the finish or looks of the instrument.  No matter how good it sounds, if it looks crappy you'll not enjoy playing it.

For a complete list of things to look out for when purchasing a new instrument, see the guitar buying tips article.

Nearly everyone has a budget when shopping for a new guitar.  Knowing the price range your working in will also help you establish which brands to go for, since certain brands cater more to low or high end level budgets.
