Detailed electric guitar reviews on some of the most popular prized instruments.  You'll want to get your hands on one of these soon enough.
For more reviews, have a look at the cheap guitar section for an opinion on quality entry-level instruments.

There's also an entire section with reviews on quality acoustic guitars.  If you're more of a soft rocker head over there.
Want to buy a new electric guitar, but feeling stuck and indecisive?  Whether you're in the martket for your first electric guitar, or are a seasoned player looking for a reliable backup, I've chose to review some of the most popular and wanted electric models to help you make an informed decision.

There are many things to keep in mind when shopping for an electric guitar.  These include price, finish (or the look of the guitar, cause no matter how good it sounds, if it looks crappy you'll not enjoy playing it) and the type of music you'll be playing.  That last one is especially important when shopping for an electric guitar since different guitars are often uniquely engineered for specific genres of music.

For a complete list of things to look out for when purchasing a new instrument, see the guitar buying tips article.

Nearly everyone has a budget when shopping for a new guitar.  Knowing the price range your working in will also help you establish which brands to go for, since certain brands cater more to low or high end level budgets.

Below is a selection of electric guitars rated as popular by the Musician's Friend website.  These are organized by price range.  Click on the Link below the pictures to read my review:
