At the time of writing this, the Epiphone Nighthawk Electric Guitar is one of the best selling guitars (out of several thousand) with the premium online retailer, Musician's Friend

The reasons are obvious:  This guitar offers a lot for its low price:  From its beautiful wood finish with J200 inlays, to its light weight and wide variety of tonal choices.  The Epiphone Nighthawk is based on the Original Gibson Nighthawk that has since been discontinued.

Featuring 22 Medium sized frets, a rosewood fretboard and mahogany body with a sharp single cutaway and an easy-to-play neck with decent to low action.  It's mini-humbucker pickups give the guitar a strat-like sound.
