The Tab
Note:  The RB stands for 'Reverse Bend'.  This effect is achieved by bending the string up before plucking it then letting go of it slowly after it's played.

Here's what it should look and sound like:
On the original recording, The Troggs play the riff with a clean(ish) guitar sound, though I've opted to use a little more mild distortion on the first part of the video.  The choice is yours since, unless you want it to sound as close to the original as possible, it really doesn't matter what effects you use.
